Returns

We want you to love your BEAUTYSUN jersey, which is why we accept returns on all regular priced (non-sale) items provided that:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item is returned unworn, in good condition in its original packaging.

  • Please do not remove the sanitary liner and try on the swimwear with your underwear for hygiene reasons.

  • The item was not purchased on sale or during a promotional/clearance sale.

  • Sale items can only be returned or exchanged if they are defective (subject to quality control on our platform).

  • Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

  1. Send an email to contactbeautysun@gmail.com with your order number and the name of the items you wish to return.

  2. We will send you a form to include in your return package.

  3. Check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as BEAUTYSUN will not accept any returned items damaged in any way.

  4. Return your package to the address indicated on the form. We recommend returning your package via trackable mail as we are not responsible for lost, untracked returns.

  5. As soon as we have received your return, it will be subject to a quality control to verify that it is in perfect condition for resale. Once validated, we will send you by email a credit in the form of a gift card that can be used on our e-shop or a refund.

I ORDERED WITH A PROMO CODE CAN I RETURN IT?

We only issue a credit for items purchased with the use of a promo code of -10% or more. No refund is possible if your product is ordered with a promo code. No returns are possible for items in the SALE category.

IN CASE OF DEFECTIVE ITEM

Please email contactbeautysun@gmail.com with your order number and an image of the defect within 48 hours of delivery so that our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

After this period, reporting of the defective item cannot be accepted and the company is exempt from the obligation to take commercial action. Beautysunbrand.com reserves the right to judge whether an item is defective or not.

**Refund will only be issued if the item is found to be defective and the item cannot be replaced**

**Shipping costs are not refunded (orders at regular price and sales).**

Return processing times once received are on average 7 working days.
