We want you to love your BEAUTYSUN swimsuit, which is why we accept returns on all regular-priced open-ended items provided that::

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

The item is returned unworn, undamaged in its original packaging.

Please do not remove the hygienic liner and try on the swimsuits with your underwear for hygienic reasons.

The item was not purchased on sale or during a promotional sale.

Sale items can only be returned or exchanged if they are defective, subject to our platform's quality control.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
HOW TO RETURN MY ITEM?

Send an email to contactbeautysun@gmail.com with your order number and the name of the items you wish to return.

We will send you a form to include in your return package.

Check your items to make sure they are in perfect condition as BEAUTYSUN will not accept any returned items damaged in any way.

Return your package to the address indicated on the form. We recommend that you return your package via trackable mail as we are not responsible for lost returns without tracking.

As soon as we have received your return, it will be subject to a quality control to verify that it is in perfect condition for resale. Once validated, we will send you by e-mail a credit note in the form of a gift card usable on our e-shop or a refund.

IN THE EVENT OF A DEFECTIVE ARTICLE
Please send an email to contactbeautysun@gmail.com with your order number and a picture of the defect within 48 hours of delivery so that our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.
