  • How can I follow the progress of my order?

With your tracking number received by email, you can track your order on the post office website: https://www.laposte.fr/ or the carrier in charge of your package.

If that doesn't work, don't worry, contact us at the following address, indicating your order number: contactbeautysun@gmail.com

If you have not received your tracking number please wait 72 hours after your order, check your spam and/or unwanted emails, then if you still have not received it contact us at the following address: contactbeautysun@gmail. com

  • Can I cancel or modify my order once it is confirmed?

Once your order has been validated and paid, it is transmitted to our warehouse's computer system. At this stage, it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify it.

Therefore, before submitting an order, we recommend that you always double-check the items ordered as well as carefully read our T&Cs.

  • What are the delivery times?

Delivery times depend on the delivery choice selected by the customer. Everything is indicated on the DELIVERY page.

Please note: The order is processed within 48 hours. These deadlines may vary depending on the time of year, public holidays, strikes, advertising via an influencer, etc.

The maximum delivery time for a purchase in the beautysunbrand.com store is 60 days for France. Beyond this time, if the customer has still not received their product, they will be able to request a refund of their order.

  • How to return/exchange an item?

To exchange/return an item, please first read the RETURNS page, to find out if you are entitled to a refund or credit, then contact us at the following address: contactbeautysun@gmail.com

Return costs are always the responsibility of the buyer and are made to the delivery address given in the return slip. Remember to keep your proof of deposit and tracking number until your request is processed.

  • How soon can I return my order?

You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return your order to us. Beyond this deadline we will have the right to refuse your return.

  • How do I know if my return has arrived?

To find out if your return has arrived, you can track it on the post office website using your tracking number. We process returns every Saturday morning, so if your return arrived with us on Monday, you will have to wait until Saturday for us to process it. We will therefore keep you informed by email.
