Return costs are always the responsibility of the buyer and are made to the delivery address given in the return slip. Remember to keep your proof of deposit and tracking number until your request is processed.

To find out if your return has arrived, you can track it on the post office site using your tracking number. We process returns every Saturday morning, so if your return arrived with us on Monday, we will have to wait until Saturday for us to process it. We will therefore keep you informed by email.
